The croft family session was the closest thing to perfection that exists.
Lindsay and her husband Adam have the sweetest little girls, Lily and Maddie.
Lindsay’s mom, stepdad, brother in law and sister all joined us.
Lindsay’s mom used to bring her and her sister Blake to Panama City Beach for vacation when they were little.
Now Lindsay is continuing the tradition with her two little girls.
How special is that?
We had to reschedule their session due to Hurricane Irma.
Thank goodness we didn’t get hit too hard.
I am so beyond glad they all still travelled here anyways.
The weather was so beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for a better day.
It was overcast when we started the session, then the sun peeked out and gave us the most gorgeous light.
Lindsay’s sister Blake and her husband Ray just got back from Australia.
They told me all about their amazing trip.
They also brought back a little something special.
A little bun in the oven.
See the photos of the mommy and joey kangaroo.
How adorable is that?! I just cannot handle it.
A few weeks ago, Blake emailed me and told me about the pregnancy.
She wanted to announce it and surprise everyone during their photo session!
She couldn’t take it anymore and told them before the session.
She told me “I told them. I couldn’t wait.”
I just laughed, I 100% knew the feeling.
I remembered when I found out I was pregnant with Autumn.
I wanted to wait so badly and announce it in a super cute way to my family.
I blurted it out probably 3 seconds after I found out, I could not CONTAIN myself.
As soon as we were done with the must have family photos, we let the girls run free.
They had the time of their lives.
Maddie wanted to play in the sand.
She wanted to play in the sand more than anything in the whole world.
You can even see her legs buried in the sand in some of the photos.
What the heart wants it gets!
Little Lily loved the water.
She would sit and scoot her butt down the sand and right into the water.
She’d walk back up and do it again and again.
It was top 10 the cutest things I have ever seen.
Ray, Blake’s husband, cracked me up. The second I told him “You’re done. I’ve got all the ones with you that I need.” He threw his shirt off and walked over to his fishing pole he had waiting and ready for him on the shore.
The croft family session was everything I hoped for and more. It was full of silliness, sand and giggles.
What more could you want?
