Questions I wished more couples asked part 1 | 30a Florida Wedding

I know that planning a wedding can be intense.

There are so many things that make a wedding- it can be a little intense.

One thing I always encourage potential clients to do is ask questions!

They always say they feel guilty asking so many questions.

Don’t!

Why wouldn’t you ask all the questions you have when you’re planning one of the biggest days of your entire life?

When I make a decision I have a bit of a process.

I have to research like crazy.

I have to ask a bunch of questions.

It’s just how my brain works.

I have to know all the information so I can make an informed decision.

I 100% encourage all the potential clients to do the same.

100%.

Ask as many questions you need to in order to feel confident that you are making the right decision and hiring the perfect wedding photographer for you.

What if you’re just so overwhelmed you don’t know what questions to ask?

That can happen too.

I was recently asked “what are the questions your wish more couples asked you?”

It took me a morning to think on it.

I’ve put together a list of the top questions I wish more couples asked me.

I hope you find it super helpful!

Questions I wished more people asked:

Why do you require your couples to have a consult with you before you allow them to book?

My biggest goal is to make sure that I am a great fit with every client that hires me.
Having a consultation is the best way to get to know my potential couples and see if we will be a good fit.
Whether it be an in-person consultation, or a over the phone chat- I always schedule one before I allow couples to book with me.
If I don’t think we will be a good fit, I will be honest with you about that.
I want all couples to receive the very best wedding experience.

What is your photography style?

It’s relaxed. I am very organized and have my couples fill out a questionnaire before their big day with all necessary information.
Then when it comes to the wedding day, it’s just chill and go with the flow.
My wedding galleries are a good mix between classic portraits that grandmas love to hang on their walls and relaxed, candid portraits.

Can we see a few sample galleries?

Of course! The best way to get a feel of what your wedding gallery will look like is to see past wedding galleries.
I am more than happy to share sample galleries to give you a feel on what to expect.
