How I’m dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic | Florida Wedding Photographer
I know that everyone is kind of losing it all over the place right now.
Everything is uncertain and lets be real- a little bit scary right about now.
I get it. I really do.
Let’s talk about it real quick.
I just wanted to check in with everyone and say : we will all make it through this.
If Hurricane Michael taught me anything it’s that we will be okay.
It might be a little uncertain but taking care of my clients is always my #1 priority.
There are so many unknowns right now but I am getting all my information to stay informed from The CDC.
How I’m dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic:
I won’t be giving any of my clients hugs temporarily but will instead do some really awkward waving.
My equipment- every inch of it will be disinfected every time it is used AND before every session or wedding.
I will continue washing my hands like a crazy person.
Not to brag, but I’ve been washing my hands religiously for years now.
If anything changes?
My clients will be the first to know.
If I have to call all of them personally and chat with them, I sure will.
I promise I will make every effort to ensure my clients are taken care of.
Here are some tips on how we can all better prepare:
Create a plan of action for your household.
Make sure you have enough medications and basic household supplies should you be quarantined.
If quarantined, make sure you have enough wine as well. (To keep morale up, obviously.)
Disinfect “high touch” areas in your home once a day.
Please do not overbuy. It only makes it harder for everyone to obtain the appropriate amount of items they need.
Wash your hands as much as possible.
Here are a few songs I personally like to sing while I wash my hands:
Baby Got Back.
Ice Ice Baby.
Once Bitten Twice Shy.
Take care of yourselves and your families.
That is the most important thing right now.
Also, if you or anyone you know are concerned about your children missing any meals during the school closures, please reach out and I will make sure all the babies are fed!
